“ Had such a great experience at this sushi spot! Our server Luiza was absolutely lovely. Super helpful, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We went with the all-you-can-eat option and it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The food quality was excellent—everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We arrived right at opening, so it wasn’t busy, and our food came out super fast. We also had the Lemon Brazilian juice, which was incredibly fresh and definitely a must-try. Our waitress, Julia, was fantastic and so friendly! We did the all you can eat menu for 37.99 and we got sushi, carpaccio, temaki, appetizers and a small dragon show with our sushi as well. “ My husband decided to surprise me by taking me to American Japa Sushi for date night. He knows how much I enjoy sushi, and he’s eaten here before. I was impressed with everything. We were greeted and seated by the lovely Emily. She took care of us, and made sure we felt welcomed. The music was very nice, it definitely set the mood for us, and the rolls were to die for! I would say this is a great place to dine and enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you Emily & Kitchen Staff for the wonderful experience! ”

The food is exceptional — the sushi is extremely fresh, with a wide variety of menu options and a consistently high standard. Luiza took great care of us, speaking perfect English with my mother-in-law and Portuguese with me, which made us feel very comfortable. We tried both the Rodizio and a la carte dishes and had the chance to enjoy everything. I know several sushi restaurants in Orlando, but this one truly exceeded my expectations.
